Eligibility Criteria for the MOFA Taiwan Fellowship 2026:
- Open to international professors, associate/assistant professors, post-doc researchers, doctoral candidates, and research fellows.
- Must be recommended by an ROC (Taiwan) overseas mission.
- Research must focus on Taiwan’s foreign affairs, cross-strait relations, or relevant global/regional topics.
- Candidates must not be currently residing or working/studying in Taiwan.
- Cannot accept other Taiwan government scholarships concurrently.
- Part-time work in Taiwan is not allowed unless authorized by MOFA.
