Eligibility Criteria for McDonald Fellowships 2026:
- Open to applicants from low- and middle-income countries (as defined by the World Bank)
- Must hold a postgraduate qualification (at least MSc, preferably PhD/MD) in a field relevant to MS
- The research project must focus on Multiple Sclerosis.
- Must be in one of the following situations at the time of application:
- Working/studying in a low- or middle-income country
- Working/studying in another country for a project started within six months of application.
- Studying abroad on an MSIF Du Pré Grant project
- Previous Du Pré Grant recipients are eligible to apply.
