Eligibility Criteria for the CERN Doctoral Student Program 2027
- Must be a national of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State.
- Must currently be enrolled in a doctoral program or be about to start a doctoral program at a university.
- The proposed thesis work must be relevant to CERN’s activities and the applicant’s PhD program.
- The PhD degree must be awarded by the applicant’s home university.
- Applicants should have a good command of English or French.
- Candidates must meet any additional requirements specified by CERN for the doctoral studentship.
