Eligibility Criteria for the Brazilian Government Scholarships 2025-2026 (GCUB-Mob):
- Must be a citizen of a country that maintains a diplomatic relationship with Brazil
- Must not have Brazilian nationality
- Must declare to be in good physical and mental health to undertake postgraduate studies
- Must have the ability to finance additional expenses not covered by the scholarship, such as airfare, visa processing, international health insurance, and other maintenance expenses
- Must be able to submit the graduation diploma for the degree applied for, whether it is a Master’s or Doctorate
- Doctoral candidates must verify if the chosen Graduate Program requires a Master’s degree and comply accordingly to avoid disqualification
