Roles and Responsibilities of ADB Young Professionals

As a Young Professional, participants contribute to ADB’s initiatives in financing, policy development, and knowledge-sharing.

Strategy and Planning

Project Management

Support in developing, processing, and implementing loans, grants, and TA projects

Eligibility Criteria for ADB YPP 2026

Nationals of an ADB member country
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Environment, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields (postgraduate degree preferred)
At least 3 years of professional experience (internships count)
Relevant experience in areas related to ADB’s operations is an advantage.
Must be under 32 years old at the time of joining ADB
Fluency in written and spoken English
