The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) Program 2025 presents an outstanding opportunity for young professionals from across the Atlantic Basin and Africa to participate in a fully funded leadership development program in Rabat, Morocco. Hosted by the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), ADEL is more than a leadership program—it is a global platform that equips changemakers with tools, networks, and experiences to shape the future through innovation and collaboration.
Since 2012, ADEL has empowered over 40 emerging leaders annually through intensive training, followed by direct participation in the prestigious Atlantic Dialogues Conference, fostering dialogue with global decision-makers. The 2025 edition will be held from December 7 to 13, 2025.
The ADEL Program 2025 is a unique chance to gain access to global policy discussions, build an international network, and create a lasting impact in your field or community. Applications are open from May 6 to June 15, 2025.
