- Be a citizen of one of the 12 eligible West African countries: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Cote d’Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper Division or equivalent) in a relevant field.
