- Must have an undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK upper second-class (2:1) honors degree.
- Must have applied to three different UK universities and received an unconditional offer from at least one.
- Only refugees in Chevening-eligible countries can apply; those in non-Chevening countries are ineligible.
- Must be able to return to their home country for at least two years after completing the scholarship.
- Must have at least two years of work experience (or 2,800 hours).
